balsamic reduction

  • 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  1. Place balsamic and sugar in a heavy bottomed pot.
  2. Simmer at low heat (very low rolling boil) for 15–20 minutes (or until it’s reduced to 50% of original volume).
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
