cucumber mint yoghurt

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Purée cucumber and lime juice together in a food processor or blender.
  2. Gently fold puréed cucumber into the greek yoghurt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Chop the mint and add to the cucumber yoghurt.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
